Catering Company with the Philosophy of Passion, Flavors, Execution

Chef Kenneth started his business to share his culinary passion with the world in his own special way. He has been cooking for almost 27 years and has been a Chef for 20 years. Kenneth shares "My love for food came at an early age. My foster mother never made a bad meal and I soon developed a deep love for the flavors she created. I compared everyone's cooking to hers and realized the importance of seasonings and presentation.”

In his culinary journey, he has executed many events such as large weddings and Business conferences to Southern summer BBQs, intimate couples' dining and Personal meal prep. He was even a Chef for a dinner with President Obama. He has worked at the Rittenhouse Hotel, for Iron Chef Jose Garces Catering at the Kimmel Center, and a host of different restaurants and catering venues.

Kenneth states, “I have a deep admiration and passion for food. I never feel burdened in the execution of my dishes, only the micro anxiety from instantly wanting those who partake in them to taste and savor the secret ingredients that set great food apart from good food. Those ingredients are love and dedication. You can literally feel its undeniable presence in dishes as well as the stark contrast of emptiness in its absence.”

Philosophy: Kenneth believes that great food can instantly transport you back to fond memories or create incredible new ones. It can heal, change your mood, and quite possibly your outlook on various things—from being the catalyst to turn around a bad day to powering you up to take on strenuous tasks. “Food is the ultimate fuel for both the chef and the guest. From its limitless streams of imagination and ingenuity, it ignites an indescribable feeling of euphoria and wonder from the first bite or course to the last. A truly remarkable dining experience is an arduous feat that is often attempted and highly anticipated by the consumer. In the intimate exchange between Chef and Guest, when it has been executed precisely, it is a gift that is highly cherished and rarely forgotten.”
