Trevor Johnson is a classically trained chef, baker, and now founder of The Rich Cookie Company. He cut his teeth at some of the best restaurants in NYC and New England, before deciding to venture out on his own in 2021 and finally turn his lifelong love of cookies into a thriving business.
“Like many chefs, I've been described as a perfectionist by nature. Taking on the challenge of perfecting something seemingly as simple as a chocolate chip cookie has been one of the great joys of my life,” says Trevor.
And what makes the perfect chocolate chip cookie you ask? Well for starters locally sourced ingredients like organic grass fed butter, free range eggs, and fresh milled flour. Add to that some of the best chocolate money can buy, and we think we’re pretty close…but we’ll let you be the judge!
