Small Batch, Hand Formed Pasta

Midnight Pasta Co. is a small batch, hand formed pasta company owned and operated by Natalia Lepore Hagan. Natalia is an Escoffier Culinary School-trained Pasta Chef and actress with experience in some of New York’s finest Italian kitchens and on Broadway touring stages across the country.

The idea for Midnight pasta was born around her aunt, Nanette Lepore’s, kitchen table in Manhattan. A kitchen where her family has shared countless dance parties that have always included multiple bowls of pasta. However, long before that she was taught the art of pasta making from her Grandfather, an abstract expressionist and first generation Italian American. She continues to use his and his mothers pasta recipes that have been passed down to her over the years.

Pasta Making Classes:

Natalia will be offering Pasta making classes open to the public every month. You’ll be learning multiple pasta shapes, listening to delightful music, and eating your creations with gorgeous sauces. All the classes are BYOB so plan accordingly for a pasta party if you’d like.
