In April, she stepped away from the 9-5 grind to cook full time and hasn’t looked back since.

These days, Amanda creates bold, thoughtful food for small catered events, intimate gatherings, and personalized meal prep clients—infusing every dish with intention, craft, and just the right amount of edge. Looking ahead, she’s excited to expand into private chef services for households and launch a series of ticketed pop-up dinners throughout Philadelphia.
