Epcook is owned by Esther, a full time dental hygienist student, a mom, and lover of food. Her company specializes in producing authentic Haitian products, one of the standouts being Esther’s Pikliz. This versatile side dish complements a wide range of main courses, from fish and meat to vegetables. It's made with ingredients like cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, scotch bonnet peppers, onions, and vinegar. The recipe can vary depending on the region it comes from. Haitian culture is incredibly rich, with a vibrant history, music, dances, and, most notably, a unique and flavorful cuisine.
From a young age, cooking has always been Esther’s passion and way to escape. She spent countless hours in the kitchen with her mom creating mini versions of whatever she was making. As she grew older, seeing the joy and satisfaction on people's faces as they enjoyed her food brought her immense happiness. That's why she created Epcook.
Esther’s Pikliz will add a kick of spice and flavor to any dish, her Andwi made with pork will have your taste buds begging for more, and her Cremas are simply out of this world.
Her goal is for everyone to get a taste of her culture and all the wonders that come with it.
