Arsenal Coffee Roasters

Ethically Sourced Small Batch Roastery

About the Founder: Craig Weizer

Craig Weizer, whose name might sound familiar to you because he is co-founder of Culinary Collective, is a lifelong coffee enthusiast and entrepreneur with a deep love for quality and craft. The spark for Arsenal Coffee Roasters began during a trip to Costa Rica planned out of a deep curiosity for coffee where Craig visited several coffee farms and experienced coffee unlike anything he'd had back home. When he returned to the U.S. and couldn’t find a cup that compared, he decided to create his own.

After making the decision to launch Arsenal Coffee Roasters, Craig immersed himself in the world of coffee roasting, traveling to Minneapolis to train at Mill City Roasters and dedicating nearly a year back in Philly to perfecting his roast profiles through endless testing, tasting, and refining.

The result? Arsenal Coffee Roasters.
